At Kotoka International Airport our protocol officer will be available to help you check in and out of the airport if you so request. Our protocol officer will also guide you through other necessary formalities to make sure that your travel in Ghana starts hassle free.

Meet and Greet
HELGARD Travel & Tours and Car Rental can arrange for some one to meet you at the airport. This person will be a reliable member of our team and help you with your baggage and drop you of at your hotel in Accra and make sure you are settled in.

Baggage Services
In case of delay of unaccompanied baggage, all you need to do is give us the adequate information about your baggage. We will trace your baggage and pick it for you unless customs request you have to pick your baggage yourself. In case your baggage is lost or damaged on arrival, we will help you through all the necessary formalities to compensate for your loss or damage.

Clients are strongly advised not to exceed the required maximum weight of their luggage as stated by the airline company.
